In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system.Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide archives and history of all your support requests for at least 12 months.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket - please use your Kent email if applicable. Please note we no longer accept submissions through this web interface, instead please email [email protected] or directly to a department.
